Endless Reboot loop! help!

A

Andrew Goodman

I installed service pack 3 and then did all of the windows
update fixes for it, and now my PC is stuck in an endless
reboot loop. I also have NetWare client installed on it.
It seems to boot up to the point where the NetWare client
logon screen would appear, and then it just reboots
itself. Does anyone know how to fix this? I already
tried booting into safe mode and that didn't help.

Andrew,

Did you install security patch KB824141? If you did, you
will need to uninstall it. I had the same problem but I
was able to recover by uninstalling it. To do that, you
need to get to the recovery console, which will give you a
command prompt. The recovery console is one of the repair
options when mount the Win2K CD for install. It will ask
you if you want to install or repair.

Good Luck.
