2. Ending the Worm process

Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete once.
Click Task Manager.
Click the Processes tab.
Double-click the Image Name column header to
alphabetically sort the processes.
Scroll through the list and look for Msblast.exe.
If you find the file, click it, and then click End
Process.
Exit the Task Manager.

Thanks for that.. Ive already fone the fire wall thingie
& gotten rid of the virus & now used the patch. I still
have msblast.exe, so even though I dont have the virus
anymore, I still have to delete it?? yeh?

I get a task manager warning if I go to end the process
of the msblast.exe, is it ok if I continue & click yes?

Rescan your system to make doubly sure you have got rid of the virus.

Thanks heaps, yesterday I had gotten rid of it, but I
just used the worm tool again & it had gotten rid of 1
infected file again! I didnt think I still had it because
my computer wasnt shutting down. Now that I got rid of
the virus for the second time, I dont have the
msblast.exe anymore. Thanks have a good night =)
