When I am using a macro to enter a record in a file, how do I get the macro
to go back to the switchboard after the record in input? Right now it wants
to keep inputing more records, and won't exit.

Old timer at computers,
Not much information to go on... How do you "enter a record?"

Are you starting from your switchboard form, and that form
stays open, while you open a new form to run the macro against?
If so, just closing the new form should return you to the switchboard.

Give us a bit more detail as to "first it does this... and then it does
this.. etc.."
And show the relevent macro commands...
