End user queries

Hi Guys

Somewhere in the dim and distant past I seem to remember someone had created
form that allowed end users to create their own ad-hoc queries. I have
written an Access 2000 database for a company and they would like this kind
of functionality. Does anyone have any ideas as to where I could look for
such a form?

I have one but it was purchased in a distributable set of tools. If there is
a free one out there I would like to know also.
