enabling task manager

i recently created a new user for myself, bu for some reason when i try to
load task manager its explains that "task manager has been disabled by the
computer administrator", what do I do to enable the program on my own user?

I've seen where the Task Mgr has been disabled by a virus. Obviously
in this case you'd need to scan the system using a reputable av
program, and manually clean things up.

Hii, see this page on how to enable back ur taskmanager

that shd fix the problem. however this doesnt happen automatically many
worms do this so be sure to have a scan.
My recommended antivirus and antispyware solutions:
