Everytime I go to my Hotmail page I am met with ''cookies must be enabled, go
to tools-internet options ''etc etc. I followed these instructions but the
message is back again at every visit. Does anyone know what I can do to stop
this happening.

You need to assign the cookies to be trusted, till now your security is set
to Advanced and set to prompt you to accept or refuse/Disallow cookies.

Assign the Hotmail cookies as trusted or Always Allow by doing the following:
1... Click start >> Control Panel >> Double Click Network and Internet
Connections >> Double click Internet Options, on the IE Properties window
you will see these Options:
General | Security | Privacy | Content | Connections | Programs
| Advanced .

Click on Privacy tab and there you will see these Buttons:
| Sites | Import | Advanced | Default |

Click on Sites Button, on the Per Site Privacy Actions type in the box under:
Address of websites:
[ htt://www.live.com ]
[ Block ]

[ Allow ]

Here you will see the site/sites allowed and blocked by your actions to
accept or refuse cookies.

Click [OK] after finishing adding the Site(s) and then [OK] again to close
the IE properties and you are done.

If there are extra cookies needed when you login you can check the check box
for:
[ ] Apply my decision to all cookies from this website
[ Allow Cookie] [Block Cookie ] [ More Info ] [ Help ]

Check the check box and click on Allow cookie button.
