"Empty Junk Mail Folder"

I'm having a problem with Outlook 2003. I just recently upgraded to Vista 64
Ultimate and now what is happening is that periodically when I right click on
Junk Mail, I can no longer see the option to Empty Junk Mail Foder. I then
have to close out Outlook and open it back up and then when I right click on
Junk Mail the option is now available again. What is going on?

Did you create a new mail profile when you upgraded the OS? It's a good
idea.
