Empty all users' IE cache

Hi, I was hoping there was a way to easily empty all users' caches on
windows XP without navigating to the actualy folders and explicitly
deleting the files or logging in as each user and using internet
properties. Ideally I would like to be able to perform the equivalent of
internet properties "delete temporary internet files" for all users
simultaneously from the administrator account. Can this be done? Thanks in
advance for your help.

I use two approaches, depending on context. One is to search for the
'content.ie5' folders and simply delete them. This is the cache folder and
will be rebuilt on demand. I usually use Agent Ransack for this, or its
"pro" non-free version, File Locator Pro. They are both excellent and
vastly better and faster than the XP search.

The other is to use ccleaner, www.ccleaner.com and set it up to also clear
specific folders - add in the content.ie5 folders for all other accounts.
