Emergency - Macros to import csv file into calendar

Please help anyone I am my wits end and I need some
guidance. I want to automate the task:

File, Import/Export, import from file, (filename.csv &
path), map fields, into calendar, no duplicates, finish.

This seams to gain NO helpful support anywhere and when I
look up import/export it only shows how to import text
into a project!!!

I then want to call this macro when written autmatically
when Outlook startsup.

Any ideas pointers etc. Please.
