The graphics are visible but I cannot save them as anything other than Scrap
(.shs) files. I wish to save as a .jpg. Which configuration have I missed or
is there a downloadable solution to this? Regards

Please follow KB article 917120 on www.support.microsoft.com
When followin the article on step 3 "Start the imaging program that you
want to use." - you can use paint as the imaging program

Thank you for your help. I thought I would embed a graphic to send to myself
to test but I cannot see any option in Outlook 2007 to Insert Picture as in
Outlook 2002, I am using HTML email, attaching it is fine but I have some
contacts who are not allowed to receive attachments and the only way they
can view my pictures is by embedding. Regards

Thank you again. I bought the Office 2007 for Dummies book but I am so
exhausted getting home from work I don't feel like studying a manual. May I
ask two last questions please 1. I don't like the 'Unread' feature, can I
delete that? 2. I don't like my emails being categorised as Today, Yesterday
etc, can I display them just as a list, like Outlook 2002?

Thank you.

1) Which "Unread" feature are you talking about?
2) Customize your default Messages view;
View-> Current View-> Define Views-> select Messages-> Modify-> Other
Settings-> disable; Show items in Groups
