Emails to Inbox & Deleted items

Hi

This only seems to happen when I receive emails from one person. Her emails
go to both my Inbox and my Deleted Items folder at the same time. I have put
her on my Safe Senders list but it makes no difference. This has only happend
during the last two days. I have Outlook and Word 2003. Any ideas - in plain
English please :)

Rules. You either have a rule setup (Tools menu) or she is also on a bad
list in your Junk rules (Actions menu).

Knowing that she was in my Safe Senders list I didn't look too closely in my
Blocked list, but now I've found the address in that as well, even though it
wasn't in the correct place alphabetically. Hoping this sorts it out now.

Oh no, sorry it hasn't worked. And I've just checked the Blocked Senders
list again and she isn't back in there, yet her email went into Inbox, and
Deleted Items too. What next?
