Emails not sending

On sending emails these are stored on the outbox but with no date and time of
sending. Instead this shows as NONE. The emails do not send but remain in
outbox. Incoming emails are fine. Can anyone help?

Outbox items haven't been sent yet. That's why they don't have a
timestamp as of when they were sent. They are still pending.

In the size column in the Outbox folder, how big are those e-mails?

Is the error message when you try to send going to remain a secret?

But they do have a timestamp. The Sent time is exactly as for the message
in the Sent Items folder - the time when Send was clicked. In fact, if the
items in the Outbox do not have a Sent time and show in italics, they won't
be delivered.
