emails are sometimes not coming through right set for html but sti

[confused about outlook , used to express]

emails are sometimes not coming through right set for html but still get html
code in some emails. others show up fine. why is this? I have no email
filter, I have settings set to recive and send in html. I had express and
this wasn't a problem, just since I got my new pc with outlook. also why
doesn't outlook automatically add ontacts to address book when I send or
recieve emails? express did it automaticallly, is there a setting i need to
adjust?? thanks in advance for your help. (e-mail address removed) is my email

Outlook simply doesn't have that option. If you want to write some code to
