Emailing outlook calendar appts.

When I get an appt. request from computer A, it doesn't have an attachment
that I can open to have it added to my Outlook calendar. If I get one from
Computer B it does have the attachment and works fine. Computer A can send
one to Computer B and it works fine, but it doesn't work to send to mine.
