Emailing AD audit alerts...

Im attempting to set up a way to receive an email every time a user or
group is created/deleted in the Active Directory domain. Ive
configured the auditing service to provide a sucess/failure notice to
the security log in the event viewer every time this happens.

What I'd like to do now is have those event notices emailed to an
account as they occur. Is there any way to do this?

If not, does anyone know of any 3rd party software that would monitor
changes in groups/users in active directory and email notifications
when they occur?
