Emailing a picture from MY Pictures folder

I'm trying to help my friend to setup her computer to do this function of
emailing a photo directly from My Picture folder. When she tried for the
first time the Wizard came up and we think we entered the wrong information
on the incoming and outgoing email service. How can we correct the
information entered using the Wizard? Spent hours using the Help menu and
just can't where to correct the data entered. The error code she received
when trying to send her file was Ox800CCOD. Welcome any suggestions.

The error is all zeros, no "oh's".
