emailing a outlook folder

I am taking over a job. The woman I am replacing wants to send me an email
sub folder so I can read her old emails.

How can you send someone a folder full of emails without sending each email
individually?

What DL said will let you do that. What he omitted was the second part. When
you receive the email with the attached pst file, copy it to your HDD. Then
in Outlook do File-Open-Outlook Data File and navigate to where you copied
it to.

In Outlook, make sure that you have closed the pst file that was created.
Then do New-Mail, and click on "Attach File" (not sure of the exact words as
they differ slightly from version to version).
