Hi everyone
I am trying to email a complete folder so that the recipient should receive
it as a folder and not as separate files, is there any way to do it?

windows file folder or outlook folder? file folder: you'd need to zip it and
email the zip. Outlook: you'd need to copy every thing to the file system
and zip.

Hi Gordon, the folder contains Word, Exel, And Pdf files.

In the words of the old song::
"Then zip it dear Lea, dear Lea, dear Lea,
Then zip it dear Lea, zip it"!

I love the old song, but your advice doesn’t help me as the file names are in
a different alphabet, and includes characters that can’t be zipped, I can’t
rename hundreds of files !!Help!!

Tried just that, but files were the file names are in Hebrew, Arabic, or
Greek, can’t be zipped, I get this message telling me to rename the files or
directory. Thanks for trying, and keep up your good work.
Kind regards
Lea
