Emailed photo saving process

I'd like to save some photos from an email to a folder on my pc. Can someone
tell me how. I've tried right clicking and copying but then I don't know
where to paste them so I can make sure they are in jpeg format. I use an
Olympus photo program predominately. Thanks

Just right click in the folder you want them, and paste them into the folder.
they will be pasted in the format they were sent in.

I followed the entire instructions and still cannot click on and save photos
from Outlook like I used to be able to for many years. When I try to Debug
the macro, items come up to debug but I have no idea what is wrong with them.
So now I have useless button on my toolbar. Any ideas?
