trying to convert msn accounts to outlook express new
hotmail function does not work

In what way does it not work? After you have typed in your msn email account
and pressed ok the next screen asks for pop and smtp details. At the top you
will see a box that says 'my incoming mail server is 'pop3' server' inside
it. If you click the arrow to the right of this a drop down menu will
appear, make sure you have chose 'http' Both hotmail and msn are http
servers.

The http address does not work I am getting error
messages. I have three msn accounts and a DSL connection
that I used to have in old system. Cannot intergrate in
new so far.

MSN is an HTTP (not POP) server. Make that selection when setting up.
