in an earlier question I said my PC could not receive or send emails. Now,
it is sending, but still not receiving.

This is the error that shows up:
Account: 'mail.hamilton.otg.com', Server: 'mail.hamilton-otg.com', Protocol:
POP3, Server Response: '-ERR Mate, the command must be one of CAPA, USER,
PASS or QUIT', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error
Number: 0x800CCC18

Go to Tools, Accounts, select that mail account, Properties, Servers.
Make sure that "Log on using Secure Password Authentication" is not enabled.

If it was already unchecked, which antivirus are you running? Some of them
cause problems with Windows Mail over time.
