Email Signature

Hi

Using Outlook 2000. I create email signature and with company logo at the
bottom. In Sig view it looks fine.
When I send out mail found that there is extra line spacing.
How do I go about removing this.

What message format are you using? If HTML, this is the problem as it adds
an extra space. Use a soft return in your signature.

Yes Using HTML format. Not using <br>
Can you elaborate more on soft return.

Use Shift-Enter (<br>) between lines to prevent double spacing. Enter by
itself is <p>.

That worked for me! (whew) but is there any way to have the ENTER key behave
like a <br> ???

How did you include the logo in your signature. I am trying to include a
text link for an affiliate program in my signature. I pasted the html code
but it shows the code as text and not a html link.

Please advise.
