Email Sender Program with Address Book capability

I am looking for an email sender program (not fully fledged email client)
that would allow me to send a quick email to a person or group of people.

The client would also need to have attachment capabilities.

I also maintain a list of email addresses in a MS Access database. What I
would like to do is create a csv file from the database that lists the
people and their email addresses. I would like the client to be able to
link to this csv to create an address book.

It would be nice if the link was live, meaning that when the csv changes,
the address book would reflect the changes. I would install this email
program on multiple machines and store the csv file on a shared network
drive. That way everyone has the same address book information and is
always as current as the last csv creation.

I doubt it exists as freeware, and you will have a hard time finding
it as buyware.

Atomic Mail Sender is wonderful but does not support attachments

Anonym Mailer is very nice but will not send to groups easily

Both the above are buyware. A problem looking for this sort of program
is that if/when they exist, they trigger 'spammer' filters in decent
mail-server software
