Email saying response had been posted to question

Received notice that answer had been posted to question. Appreciate that even
if response did not work. However neither link to read and rate or continue
to receive notices worked.

Sign into communities before you click the link in your email, and the link
should then work.

MS is aware of the issue and supposedly working on it.
