Email reports?

I have a database that books appointments for consultants, and included in
this is a report which shows the details of an appointment. This is
currently printed and faxed to the consultant. Is there any way I can email
this report to them?

I have Access 2003 on Windows XP systems.

Hi
You can "print" them as PDF files - cutePDF writer is free, at lease for personal use.

Acrobat/Snapshot viewer... pick your poison. they're both free...

Sorry, I'm not just trying to have the last word here but my point was
that the recipient of an email is more likely to be able to read a pdf
file.

A somewhat elegant, though lengthy, approach is to use the Microsoft Office
Document Image Writer, and use the properties button in the print screen to
select the Advanced tab, and choose TIFF as the output format. Print a
specific page using this, and place the file in a convenient place. A TIFF
file can be easily laid into a Word document, using Insert Picture, which can
then be emailed. Alternately, you could just email the TIFF file, if the
mail recipient is competent at placing it into their own Word document. I
tried using the MDI format, and found that most people had no idea what to do
with it, or they were using a Macintosh.

I have been trying to email reports and have a different problem. I mostly
work from a remote location and log on to my access database through a remote
server. When I preview the report, I can't create a PDF over the network.
Any ideas?
