Email replies do not include message--how do I fix?

I send an email message to my client. My client replies to my email message
with my original message included. When it gets to Comcast, the reply message
shows. When Comcast forwards the message to Outlook, it pops up on my screen
and the reply message shows. When I click on the pop-up message or click on
the message in my Outlook inbox to open it, the message does not show. The
only thing in the email is my original message.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks!

does the client use webmail? it seems to be a problem with some messages
sent using webmail - the body doesn't render correctly, probably due to how
the html is written. Reading it as plain text should allow you to see it -
hitting forward or replay may also work as outlook rewrites the html.

Thanks Diane. My client has Bellsouth email--don't know if that's webmail.
Also I tried to read it in forward and reply and it still didn't come up.
How would I read it as plain text? Thx!
