email problem!!

I am using Outlook for email. I am able to send and receive any mails but
AOL. When I send the mail to any AOLmail address I receive st like below:
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

(e-mail address removed) on 8/1/2006 11:33 AM
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's
email server. Please contact your system administrator.
<mailserver.NewEra.local #5.5.0 smtp;550 REQUESTED ACTION NOT
TAKEN: DNS FAILURE>

Do you have any idea why it happens?

It looks like you haven't configured your smtp correctly. Who is your
ISP?

Your AOL account is not correctly configured in Outlook.
