Email MS Access File

Still Trying

Greetings,

Just got a new computer and updated MS Office to 2007
but am still using Access 2002.

I used to be able to open a Query in Access and send the file via email:
file / send to / mail recipient (as attachment) / select format -

I would select Excel and an email would open with the Query file as an
attachment ... then I could open the attachment and manipulate the data as an
Excel file.

This process is no longer working - any suggestions ?

Answer = open Access database file
Goto Tools / Office Links
from here you can open the file in either Excel or Word and then use it as
you wish -
Enjoy your days - you never know how many you / your family / your friends
members have.

Click on the query, select ms button and select email. No different from
other versions except the MS button instead of file menu.

The Round colorful button in the top left corner of access window next to
the picture of the disk icon for saving.

Pete - I am using Version 2002 of Access

The icon next to Print is View.

I looked in the "customize toolbar and could not find a Microsoft or email
icon.

Thanks,

So your not using Access 2007 to run a 2002 database. I misread your post.
Although I used to have this mixed environment I never tried to email query
during that time. I'm sorry I wasted your time. Might start a new post on
this problem.
