Email merge: How do I turn off the "a program is trying to automa.

When I try an email merge from MS Word 2003 to MS Outlook 2003, it first
gives me the message: "A program is trying to automatically send email on
your behalf" and pauses 5 seconds before I can press yes or no. This happens
once for each email I wanted to send out. Is there a way to turn this off,
so I don't end up waiting and pressing the Yes button for too long?

Set the merge format to HTML.
