Email Lock-Up on ISP server's Inbox

Hi..Need Help!!
I have emailed with this person for years, and last
month, she had a Photo
sent to her in the .doc format and asked me about putting
it on email so
she could send. It was very, very large file as most are
if not resized.
Anyway I told her to forward it to me and I would look at
it.

That's when it started, I opened my (OE) and it showed
checking mail, then
receiving mail, but when I finally click to show details,
it showed receiving
1 of 11 but was locked up dead in the water. I finally I
finally went to my
Web addy on my ISP and deleted her email and everything
works fine.

Every since then, when she sends a email it locks up the
email on my server.
I have checked my (NIS) firewall, no block on the I.P.
addy that I can find.
Same with Intrusion Detection, no I.P. Addy block. I
even added her I.P. to
good list but didn't help. I have gone to Web Inbox,
saved her email to disk
then scanned it, shows clean. All other email works fine,
just when I receive
email from this one person does it lock-up the Server.
Hope someone might
have a suggestion of some place else check, I seem to
have run into a block wall...

I have XP Home, Norton's Internet Security Pro. 2004,
LinkSys Router,
Ad-Aware, Spybot S&D, plus I have the MS Firewall turned
on. Using
(OE) mail service on main email addy.

Call your ISP for help. It is possible they have blocked her IP address.
You've determined the problem isn't on your machine.

Thanks for reply Malke, I forgot on first post, to say
that I had contacted my ISP several times on this, and
they show nothing on their part that's causing it..
Guess I will just have to drop her from my list. Thanks
again
