Email isn't sent to correct account with 2nd Profile

I set up a second profile to separate my home biz email from my personal
email Inboxes. I went through the whole setup and each profile has separate
email accounts. However, when I send an email to my biz email account, it
does NOT get downloaded to the new profile with that correct account, but to
my old profile and personal inbox. I have tried to create new Outlook files,
and direct that profile's email account Inbox to that one, but to no avail.
What it going on and how can I get it correct?? It's driving me nuts!!!

Are your business and personal mail in separate mailboxes on your mail
server? If the username you use for each is the same, then they are in the
same mailbox and each profile will download everything that's on the server
when it does a send/receive. You may need to have a single account and set
up a rule to file your messages in different folders based on the email
address they were sent to.
