Email is not going out

Hi:
Up until last Friday, I have had no problems with outlook 2007 b2, since
then, I cannot send the bulk of emails; a few do go. I immediately get an
email from "system administrator" with the following message:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: RE: XXXX
Sent: 8/14/2006 9:26 AM

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

'(e-mail address removed)' on 8/14/2006 9:26 AM
550 not local host zz.com, not a gateway

Any thoughts or suggestions?

This is not an error generated by Outlook but by your ISP. Check with your
ISP if you are allowed to send bulk e-mail.

Thanks, I will see what's going on with them.

I have experienced exactly the same problem today for the first time ever.
If you hear anything regarding this please let it be known as I am at a loss
after checking all settings with my ISP.
