email form results

I am having a problem with the receipt of FP form results
via email.

The forms are working properly and collecting data in the
proper data file when submitted.

The issue: they are sent to an email alias and forwarded to
another address. The recepient wasn't getting the form
results, but the data file was collecting the results.
Another forwarding address was added in addition to the
first one in order to test the forwarding system. Now two
different people at two different addresses (different
ISP's also)are supposed to get the results. The newly
added person is getting the emailed form results, the first
person still isn't.

I have triple checked spelling of the forward address to
make sure that isn't the issue. Also, the person who is not
getting the form results is getting all other emails sent
to the alias.

The ISP (Charter Communications) for the user not getting
the results insists they are not using any filters that
would block the form results.

Any ideas why the form results are not getting through to
this user but are to the other user? Thanks.

Michael Stumpo

Create a simple form from scratch (just one field) and
enter the email address to send to. See if that works. If
it does, re-create the form from scratch.

I have seen some weird things with FP and forms and my
only recourse has been to create from scratch.
