Email distribution list from Access - JCW

Hello all, me again. I have email addresses listed in my database that I
want to be able to click on a button and have this create an email
distribution list that I can use to email all the gymansts or a subset of
them. The subset of gymansts I know how to do. Right now I have the email
addresses in text format, not as hyperlinks.

Any suggestions? Thanks
