Email autofill not working

Hi All,
I have one user that his autofill/auto complete in Outlook 2003 not working
properly.
I've tried looking at previous threads in this subject and tried most of the
solutions:from renaming the NK2 file to reinstall all office 2003. Nothing
helped (ofcourse all the right checkboxes are checked).
Any suggestions?
Thanks a lot in advance

Make sure he has contacts set up as an address book by right clicking on
contacts and selecting it in properties, address book and has suggest names
selected in tools, options, email options, advanced email options.

Thanks Mary,
His options seems OK. Once he send a mail, it should reappear as autofill
right?
Any suggestions?

I suspect that one thing you didn't try was a new mail profile. That's the
usual way to fix it.

Describe exactly what you did so we can verify the procedure was followed
correctly. Do you realize that after creating a new mail profile that you
will have to wait a while before the new autocompletion cache populates?
Which a new profile, you start with an empty cache. Also try (with Outlook
closed) renaming the NK2 file for the new mail profile and renaming the
prior NK2 file to match the name of the new profile to see if Outlook will
reuse it.
