We recently had our ISP change us from one server to another which necessitated email setting changes. Our new server requires email authentication. Outlook Express is working fine with the new settings; however, we have another technical software program which sends emails when certain conditions occur. It is now not working. I believe it does not support email authentication. Is there any way around this?Please help!

You need to seek help from the author of the technical software program.
No one here can help on this.
