Email Attachments

Hi,
We have the autolink of email of a bussiness contact setup. We have a
problem that email attachments are not accessable but by the person who sent
it. We need the whole team to see it.

BCM is not capable of this. Attachments in an email linked to a record will
only be available to the person that linked to the record as the attachments
only exist on their machine.
A nice work around is to store the documents on a shared drive that everyone
has access to and create a "file" history item that points to the location of
the document on that drive.
