Email Already Read when Received

My co-worker got 'click-happy' one day and now when she receives her email,
it appears as though it has already been read. It comes without being in
bold-face.

Anybody got a clue what she may have done so I can help her fix it?

Thanks,

see if right clicking on the row of field names and choosing custom, then
reset, fixes it.

Thank-you Diane,

I will try that and let you know how it went.
