My Email Alerts do not work ! I have gone to Options, Email, Advanced
options, and checked off sounds, etc..... They all appear as if they would
work, but they don't. I have the same Pop3 account that I had on Outlook
2002 yesterday and the alerts worked just fine. I had a sound for inbound
email and an alert appearing saying I'd received a new email. I also saw an
envelope down on the task bar. I have checked and unchecked..closed and
reopened Outlook to reset settings. Nothing is working. Any suggestions
please???
