Email Accounts can't access

Just installed Office 2003. I use Rogers Hispeed and have several email
accounts. On entering them on Outlook I was initially successful when testing
the connections and received confirmatory emails. However, now I can neither
send or receive emails on Outlook. I tried reentering the email info via MS
control panel <mail> and again got the congratulations message nd
confirmatory email, but I still cannot send or receive on Outlook.

Do you get any error messages when you try to send or receive? If so, what
is the exact text of the error messages?

By the way, it's never a good idea to post a valid e-mail address in a
newsgroup -- spammers regularly "harvest" public groups for valid addresses
to add to their spam lists. That information wouldn't have helped us to
diagnose your problem anyway.
