Email a form??

We have need of emailing a short quesitonaire to our vendors. The vendor
would fill in the blanks and email back to us. All of the vendor names and
addresses are in our access database. Is it possible to generate a form from
access that could be emailed as an attachment, just as you would do with a
report? If it is possible, might someone offer some suggestions as to how to
proceed?

For this, you would email the report (not a form). You would print whatever
information on te report you wanted and limit to just one vendor, then send
it to them.
