Eliminating Macro Security Warning

I have a database (in Access 2003) that I'd like to schedule using Windows
Scheduler application (called “schedule taskâ€, and located in the Control
Panel on my computer. I'm running Windows 2000 Professional).

The database contains an AutoExec macro which automatically runs when the
database opens. I'd like to schedule the task because the macro takes a long
time to complete, so I'd like to be able to schedule the database to open
(and the macro to run) at about 4am, then when I come in at about 9am, the
macro has finished and I can immediately begin using the database.

The problem is that when I open the database a Security Warning message
comes up stating that the database contains code which may be harmful to my
computer and do I want to open the database. I have to click the Open button
in order for the database to open and the macro to execute. As the Security
prompt requires manual intervention, scheduling the database does me no good,
because when I come in all I get is the Security Message, but the Macro has
not run; Access is waiting for the Open button to be selected before
continuing.

So... is there anyway to bypass the Security Warning? I've tries
downgrading my Macro Security but then I receive another prompt.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Manuel
