Eliminate need for "Enable Macro" selection

I created a macro. At first it did not work after restarting Outlook 2007.

Under Macro Security, I set "Warnings for all Macros". Then the macro
worked after restarting.

However, when I run the macro for the first time, I get the message,
"Microsoft Office has identified a potential security concern ...." I choose
the "Enable Macros" button.

I did run SelfCert.exe ... gave it the name Macros. No difference ... still
asks about enabling macros after I restart Outlook.

If you have security set to always prompt that's what you get even with a
signed VBA project.

After creating the certificate did you sign your VBA project with it? You do
that from the Tools, Digital Signature menu entry in the VBA project's
menus. Then you set your security to High, exit and restart Outlook and you
shouldn't get that prompt.
