Electronic Time sheets

I wish to use a time sheet form from my A2002 db as a template for employees
to use as an "electronic time sheet" through our email software (FirstClass).

Currently, paper time sheets are delivered to our payroll office where they
are manually entered into my database. The time sheets capture employee hours
worked, hours to be allocated to projects and paid time off hours. It would
be great to eliminate the middle man and have the employees do their own
entries via the electronic form.

I have read documentation for our FirstClass software that seems to allow
all above to be possible. Unfortunately, our IT department has been sitting
on my ideas since August 2004.

Are there any suggestions as to how I may be able to accomplish the above ?
Are there any alternatives to what I wish outside of purchasing yet another
software ?

Thank you in advance., John

If the users have Access, they can open the form (in a separate front end
that links to your backend) and add the data to the form.

I don't know of any *good* way to open an Access form and add data without
the MS Access application.

Please do not post multiple copies of the same message. It means that folks
reading your message in one group will have no way of knowing if someone
else has answered your question in another group.

If you must post to more than one group, enter all the groups names in the
same message so a linked copy is placed in the various groups and all
responses will be seen in all the groups. This is really not necessary
though, since most of us read all of the more common newsgroups.
