You can use the EFS feauture of Windows. Select
properties on the folder which you want to encrypt and
select advance from the general tab. Check the 'encrypt
contents to secure data.'
This way your files are encrypted and available only from
your login.

And don't forget to crate a backup of your _private_ keys and store them in
a safe place. If you lose access to your private keys (e.g. your user
profile gets corrupt) you will lose access to your files for good!

Personally I like to export private keys and burn them on a CD and store it
in a safe place (e.g. at home, when I use EFS at work...)
