Educational CD won't play

I have a computer running Win XP Pro. I am trying to run an educational CD
from Disney titled MathQuest. Whe I try to run it I get a prompt window
titled:
"16 bit Windows Subsystem" The message reads:
"C:\Windows\System32\Autoexec.nt The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications"

Any ideas how to make this work?? Help.

Hi

Copy that file from the windows\repair folder to the windows\system32 folder
and try running the CD again.

You have given great advice here many times. Perhops you can help me?
I can bot get verifier.exe to run which means finding a driver that steps on code is a near hopeless task when you have MANY:)
The prblen is that after setting for all not signed drivers (or actually for any setting) that on reboot it goes into a reboot loop. Just as the windows XP logo comes up. It doss this forver and does it on both of my machines and does iteven if I have not gotte a BSOD. Ine us X home and the other is XO Pro.
Is there anyvsolution to this? I find no help in the knowledge base. Hard to believe nobody else is seeing this.
