Editting a html file

I have made a doc file using frames, save it in html. I want to use word to
edit it and resave back into html. I remember that I had a button on my
toolbar that did exactly that. I opened the html hit the button editted what
I wanted and then saved back to html. How can i set this up again

The obvious answer is open the file, edit it, save as HTML. I have a feeling
that this isn't quite the answer you want.
