Editing theme

I am using FP2003 and the "topo" theme. It places 2 horizontal dashed line
at the top and bottom of the page when shared borders are used. Is there any
way I can edit-out these dashed lines and still keep the shared borders?
I've looked at the CSS's and various other files, but can't seem to find a
mention of this feature, and wouldn't want to edit them anyway without
guidance.

They won't appear when you view the site in a browser. They are there as a
guide, so you know where the shared borders are in Edit Mode on the page.

Thanks. I only feel a little stupid--never used FP themes before, and the
dotted lines were showing in "preview," "print preview," and on printed
pages. But, you're right, not in browswer.
