Editing Outlook Rules with a different program

I get tons of spam mail daily.
I have set up a number of rules that delete messages from certain e-mail
address. These rules work like this;
Apply this rule after message arrives
through the *specified* account
and with '(e-mail address removed)' or '(e-mail address removed)'
move it to the *specified* folder

I have MANY e-mail address that it filters out.

However I have now discoverd I can get a rule to look at a contacts list and
any e-mail that is in said contact list will be processed according to how
the rule is set up.

So far I can only open the rule and copy each e-mail address one at a time
into the new contacts list I have set up.
Is there any way of looking at the list outside to outlook in some easy
Excel or Word or even text style document to copy them wholesale?

Yeah I know I could get a spam filter, but I like doing it this way.

Cheers in advance.

To the best of my knowledge, only the Rules Wizard can read the rules.
