Editing a Seperator Page

My printer is setup to print seperator pages at the front of all print jobs,
and employee ID #s are printed on them to let people know who's print jobs
are who's. My computer prints what looks to be the start of my IP address
instead. How can I edit what is printed on the seperator page?
